Erasmus Mundus Master's Programme in Security and Mobile Computing (NordSecMob) provides students with profound and wide knowledge in computer science, data security and mobile computing, both in practice and in theory. The programme aims at developing the research skills of students to further studies at the PhD level, gaining international research experience in R&D environments and give an access to major international networks. NordSecMob is a full-time Master of Science degree Programme with duration of two years. During these two years, students will study at two of the five Nordic partner universities: Helsinki University of Technology (TKK) in Finland, Technical University of Denmark (DTU), The Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Sweden, The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and the University of Tartu (UT) in Estonia. Upon graduation, the student will be awarded a double degree diploma, i.e. a diploma from each university, at which the student studies. The programme is coordinated by TKK--Helsinki University of Technology. Elective coursesSelection of elective courses the spring semester of the first year has to be completed no later than 15 November and for the fall semester the second year no later than 15 May. Presentations of the elective courses will be provided at an information event during the semester about two weeks before the course is offered. The information event will be announced one month before it occurs.Students who have completed courses corresponding to those in the curriculum before starting the program may after approval from the programme director select alternative courses.
